Before the Discovery Channel became another reality tv channel they had some awesome programming. Once upon a time you could actually discover something on the Discovery Channel. In their prime they had this brilliant commercial.
I love it. I enjoy discovering new things. I enjoy learning trivia and finding out about new planets, new stars, new species, new ways of engineering. This world, in spite of all the nuttiness we create, is still an awesome place to discover and explore.
Have you thought about going hiking? Our local Smoky Mountains offer great hikes and scenic views. Can’t make it to the mountains, try one of the local trails at Ijam’s Nature Center or I. C. King park. Get out and explore and you too can love the whole world… boom-de-ah-da, boom-de-ah-da.
