Flying to New Experiences

I would like you to meet my little brother Kameron. We have been matched together for four years through Big Brothers and Big Sisters. In those four years I have try to expose Kameron to new experiences. Recently my dad, who has his pilot’s license, flew in and Kameron and his brother Austin got to fly for the first time. They both really enjoyed it.

But flying isn’t the only thing we have done. A few weeks ago we completed a chest/bench that we have been working on for a few months. It was both of ours first time building a piece of furniture from scratch. It didn’t turn out too bad. We’ve also built a water propelled rocket. It flew to a height of about 75 feet. Not bad for air pressure and water.

The point of this isn’t to brag about all that we do but to brag about that we did something. I believe that the more you’re exposed to, the more you’ll want to do and the more self satisfied you’ll be as you find and accomplish your life goals. So what are you waiting for?
