While I don’t believe in waiting to start something new a new year is a good starting point. It can help us feel like we are on a new slate, that the past is past and the new is new. And that is what I want for us, to use this new year to start something new, to lay out new goals for ourselves and work to achieve them.
My goal for 2018 is to complete (6) 60 day challenges of varying interests. They may be focused on healthy living or they could be an interest that I have – I have not yet decided on all the challenges yet. But I want to challenge myself to start living the Get to It! life I have written about the past few years. I don’t want to just write it, I want to live it. That is what the 60 day challenges are about. You can follow me as I attempt these various challenges here.
The first 60 day challenge is on healthy living. As you are aware I have MS. I have been told by several different sources that gluten and dairy can aggravate autoimmune diseases such as MS. So, my first challenge is to go 60 days gluten and dairy free to see if I feel a noticeable change in regards to my MS. I am skeptical but I am willing to give it a fair chance.
What about you? Have you considered trying something new this year? Have you thought about challenging yourself to pursue an interest of goal you have always wanted to try? If so now is a great time to start. It’s a new year so why not try some new goals. It is possible, it is doable, so let’s work toward them.
Attempt it. Chance it. Try it. Get to It![/cs_text][/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section]
