Gluten & Dairy Free Challenge – Days 31-35

I am about the same as I have been the past few posts. I do not want to do this challenge anymore and I still struggle with my impulse food buying but I am still continuing on. I do not know what the rest of the challenge holds, I do not know if things will change but as of now everything is status quo from my last few posts.

With me not having much to report this time around what about you – have you started a challenge of your own? Are you still contemplating one? Do you have one in mind but just have not got around to actually trying it? Do not think it is ever too late, do not think it is ever too hard – you do not know what the end result will be until you actually try it. I once went to school with a 70 year old grandmother who was pursuing a degree in computer programming. So do not think it is too late or too hard, just get to it.
