As you probably heard there was a 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Nepal over the weekend. The epicenter was near where I was just 2 months ago. I have heard from our contact there that him and his family are all ok. Also, the villages we went to were unharmed. That is all good news.
While those people we met and served are unharmed there are many that were affected by the quake. (The Daily Mail out of UK has some powerful before and after pictures.) As is the case in any tragedy, it’s hard to put into words the devastation and anguish that is being felt by millions in Nepal. Like you, my heart goes out to them, and like me pray for them. While our team went to spread the gospel of Christ pain is felt across all religions – let us never forget that. #prayfornepal
